It sounds like an ideal location for a chicken coop, even if you need to do some reconstruction needed for removing mold and replacing boards if needed as they are quite porous and the mold can live deep inside.

I agree ventilation and moisture elimination will keep most of that in check by creating an unfavorable environment for mold. Regardless, your chicken will love a weather protected place to be whenever the climate doesn't meet their needs. Mine seem to spend their days when it is rainy on my porch under a very large carport/deck these are the days they refuse to free range.
