Just retired from Oklahoma state university institute of technology in okmulgee, live with my husband Terry and 3 dogs, cats, 2horses and now 1 rooster. Chicken showed up in yard beginning of summer. We fed him in front yard where we have flower beds and garden beds. Chicken helped himself to the tomatoes! One day something attacked him but he lived but now has gimpy leg. He hobbles and hops. He lived in house recuperating but it was too hot this summer to put him out since he was used to air conditioning. He just was moved to a small house with run. He is very happy but needs a friend. I'm looking for a small hen to keep him company. If anyone knows of one somewhere in northeast Oklahoma please let me know. I have no idea what breed chicken is but he is very pretty
Thanks.
Thanks.
