You do not have enough hens to satisfy your rooster. You should probably rehome him and add two females to keep her company. She can't be happy with all his attention focused on her.

Agree with janiedoe - the rooster should go. You don't need a rooster for a hen to lay eggs. You ONLY need a rooster if you hope to hatch eggs and sell/keep the babies.
