Absolutely give her food and water.
If she's breathing fine now, no need for a supplement.
Chickens can get respiratory infections, and they can 'drown' by inhaling water if they drink too fast or someone tries to give them liquids improperly.

So this is Angel and these are the things I have added to her water and feed. I put her in the crate in the coop. Athena her buddy was more curious why she was there then the others were. I will see how she foes. After her Epsom salt bath I rubbed vaseline onto her feet. She let out a loud yrlp..I'm thinking either she hurt her foot or if I am missing bumblefoot. Maybe you wouldn't mind letting me know? Thanks so so much for your advice and time!
