I raised these from hatchlings, are they roosters or hens?

Hi, welcome to BYC! :frow

They are neither technically. :p Until they reach a year old they don't earn those badges... before that they are cockerel or pullet. ;) Though in everyday life we still use the general terms a lot when it isn't important to not the distinction like it is when discussing behavior.

Please, what is their current age?

Welcome to BYC! I hope you enjoy the website. It would help to know their age, and also to have clear, closer pictures of combs and wattles to sex these birds.
I like to see saddles as well...

They won't start to develop earlier than 12 weeks in most breeds I raise.

Going out on a limb here... I think they are close to the 12 week mark and both pullets maturing at slightly different rates... May change my opinion though once age is disclosed. :pop
