New problems arose, so firs post updated. ( need some help asap)

Okay so i went to go check in on my hatching eggs. One hit a vein while doing the zip, but I think it will be fine... But it is the other one I am like

about.
Like the main top of the egg is missing(part with the air bubble, just like popped off.). Or well I found it on the incubator floor, but like how did it get off?
The chick is still in its other membrane, so I am wondering what the heck happened here.
Like the membrane has only one hole in it, which is where the chick made the pip hole... There are still a few veins on the membrane that have blood in them... but my main question is... What the heck do I do?
Has anyone else ever had this happen?
Should I help the chick or what?
And lastly... Anyone know how the heck that could have happened?
I can take a picture if it is needed.

Update:
It came out of its egg and now looks like this:
I think its yolk is fully absorbed, but I have no idea what that weird pink stuff is next to the waste type stuff.
Please help!

Wow Hello!!!!!

Is it really bleeding or just looking more red inside from the veins? I don't know if the trick of covering that end for just a bit with a warm damp paper towel would work....does the chick look ready to come out. If you try the warm wet paper towel you may need to leave a small space so the little guy can get some air and then check in 20 minutes to see if things are "progressing". I'm not a expert but an expert will pick up this thread and help you out.

It pipped at about 5 am, and today is day 24 for these eggs.

Should I just try to free the baby from it?
Or should it be able to hold its own?

Give it time to be able to finish absorbing the yolk sac and dry up the bloody veins. Your temps and humidity look to have been off. It can take a chick 24 hours to finish zipping out of the shell. Just keep an eye on it.
