After losing 3/4 15 week old pullets to a fox while free ranging, we decided to get another Golden Comet of similar age. This chicken appeared fine when we picked her up but what we thought was a sweet, calm girl is really raising concerns.

She is quarantined and doesn't roost or peck or do much of anything but sit or stand all day. She doesn't dust bathe and enjoy being outside. She'll walk around but then fine some cover and just sit. Occasionally she'll sneeze. Yesterday I saw a few very tiny white worms in her poop, which smells far worse than any chicken or duck for that matter! Worming her with Strike iii. Also think will treat for mites to be safe.

My question is what is wrong? What can we do?

Worming and checking for parasites is a good idea.
It is probably the stress of being rehomed causing some of the symptoms. However, I would not introduce her to the other chickens until she is completely healthy. Sneezing is pretty normal in chickens, but clicking while breathing or discharge is not.

Best of luck!
