When I was visiting another site the angry face made reaction scores lower. Not sure if it works that way here.

I agree. The angry reaction often comes across as hurtful or rude.

Pretty sure no one uses the angry face offensively, and if they did no one would get it.

It's my favourite emoji. There are just some situations it fits where no other emojis fit.

I’ve had the angry face used at me a few times. Though, I doubt it was jokingly.

I think that the angry face is fine, but I'd love to see a'' or '' added for confused, and an 'i' (couldn't find the emoji) added for informative.

It's always fun to use the angry face, I agree. I don't think I've ever had anyone use it rudely, but I see how it could be interpreted like that.
