Oh yeah! That's a roo! Very pretty! No idea on why he isn't crowing. It seems like a lot of people post on here asking why their EE's roos aren't crowing. I think some of them must be late bloomers.

They can be late, early, or normal crowers. He won't be fully feathered and adulty looking until about 8 months old.
