There's a lot of good people here that take you in like a family. I've learned so much about poultry (chicken) in just a few months I'd been a member. They will jump in on helping you on your questions, concerns, infos and even emergencies. Make sure to check forums discussions and links. It certainly helped me out since I grew up in big city and know nothing about chicken.

Yes very very fun. It's funny my wife was really reluctant for our first yr. But this morning we woke up to a 3 Oz double yoked egg. She was just as excited as I was. Biggest egg I've ever seen!!
