That particular hybrid is sex-linked so males and females look different at hatch.

I do have a Golden 300 Hybird layer, however, mine is female.

As @MagpieDucks stated, they are a sex-linked hybrid(brown drake over black hen, such as a Khaki Campbell drake over a Black Swedish hen I believe), and are able to be color sexed at hatch. The coloring of your ducklings is making me lean towards all being male.
