I just woke up to check on the little one and found that she had passed sometime within the last three hours. I'm incredibly heartbroken, but I will take the learning experience away with this and I know I won't forget her. I tried so hard and I know I did the best and everything I could . Part of me is angry for getting so attached when I knew something was not right in the first place but the other part of me is at peace knowing I made her comfortable and she was able to go in her sleep- not wheezing and gasping for air.

Thank you, everyone for your help and advice. We had named her Daisy, but I had called her everything from that to Princess.

I am so sorry to hear that Princess Daisy passed. You did a wonderful thing by taking her in knowing she was sick, loving her and making her comfortable. Not everyone would have done that

Thank you again, everyone. I am sure I will have more questions in the future as Donald and DarkWing get older and more mischievous. So far, they're growing and eating and growing and eating. I am curious as to whether or not we will have to rename Donald to Donna...haha.
