Your temperatures sound like mine.
I have had the best success with the Naked Necks, but the Blue Andalusian are handling the heat amazingly well, they lay nearly everyday, though the egg is a medium size. The Tetra Tints and production reds are also pretty perky despite the heat, they should be laying any day now. Seems the Mediterranean breeds do well in the heat, and the winter cold isn't so long or intense that I see significant frostbite on the combs. I didn't have heat lamps in the coops last winter, and only the tips of the combs showed any damage. I don't use misters, but have wading pools and shade canopies for each coop. I lost 2 birds to heat so far, right at the start of summer, a Speckled Sussex and a Welsumer. The other 2 Welsumers I have are doing just fine.
