Myself and my best friends are raising quail ... Right now we have Japanese Coturnix and are Licensed for Bobwhite...... We have 102 Bobwhite eggs in the incubator and in a few more days they will be going to the hatcher...
The Coturnix have been easy to raise in warm weather but this winter was very hard.......We have more than a 100 breeders & over 250 growing out.... Our primary goal was to supply Bird of Prey owners but that has expanded to pickled eggs, fresh eggs, live birds for dog training and people buying them for food, also raw dog food ..
Looking forward to the Bobwhite, mainly to help repopulate their growth in the wild but there's always other things to do with them..... A little nervous because of how delicate they are....
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please let me know
