Glad you decided to join the group... Aunt Mosie sent you to the right place!! I'm sure all the folks here can help you find a solution to your "chickens crossing the road" problem.

I don't know much yet about hatching eggs, but 40 seems like an awful lot for one broody to handle. You might want to ask about that over in this forum:

Less eggs under a chicken will probably give you a more successful hatch!
