I remembered reading that some folks didn’t want to do them. Maybe too personal? Not that a few points would make much difference if they didn’t want to do it, I guess.

I'd say about half the members I invite for interview either decline or don't respond to my message. Either way, I don't want the interviews to be awards driven, i.e. members agreeing to do them in return for something. It's something we do for fun and to allow the members to get to know each other better, if they are willing to do the interviews.

Makes sense. I just love the interviews. I wish more people would agree to them, that was the reason for the suggestion, but I do understand your position on it.
