Yes, I saw the bug many months ago, and the OCD side of me wanted to me wanted to report the bug, but the greedy trophy point seeking part of me convinced me to say nothing.

Hey, no worries. My above post is poorly written. What I meant to say is "I don't know why points matter so much to me" and "afraid to know why they mean so much to me".

I agree. We are. And My post was my opinion

I feel like the op could have simply asked for an explanation of why points were removed instead of calling someone a grinch for doing their job.
But if my expression of opinion is too inflammatory and moderation decides to remove my posts so be it. I won't be offended or feel targeted. I will just assume it was what they decided was best for the good of the forum, even if I disagree with the decision.

I'm not looking to start an argument here. I'm going to now.

For goodness sakes, this was a glitch in the system. It wasn't like anyone was docked REAL pay or lined up in front of a firing squad! These points and trophies should not represent our self worth, we are ALL equal here, NO ONE is looked upon as being better because they have more points or lesser because they have fewer. Some post more than others, hence they have more points and trophies, period. If you want more trophies, do more posting! No one is sitting in the back room awarding these heavy posters with awards, nor are they criticizing those that don't. This software runs itself, we aren't twisting any knobs or turning any gears to grinch or ungrinch any of you out of points. The SYSTEM awards them, the SYSTEM removes them.

We all fell together through our love of poultry. We are a wonderful community with the potential for a lot of love and compassion, so lets not ruin it over something so ridiculous.

WELL SAID!! And yeah, glitches should be reported. That's just common sense. Why let something go that could have potentially cause more issues?
