New York mini chickenstock 2016

Do any of you drink dandelion wine? Or have you ever? I figured I have a billion of them growing in my yard why not try to make it. Is it similar in taste to a sweet desert wine or a dry wine? If I make it would anyone like some?

I have a recipe that uses oranges, lemons, and raisins if I can find it. It makes a really smooth tasting wine that has a hint of fruit and sweetness, but packs a kick. It takes at least a week to ferment and then you have to let it age at least 6 months to get smooth, otherwise your wine will be raw tasting, cloudy and harsh. A year is even better.

sounds good. I've never had it before. Just thought I would Give it a try . We don't drink often so I don't need gallons of it.

I'm guessing by the comb and lack of wing feathers this is a Bob the orpington baby.

it's got a cute little black dot on its rear and no tail. Cute as a fluffy can get though.

This one is getting funny little feathers on its head and is almost all black so I think it's a ba to the silver spitzhauben.
