Newb to BYC - I don’t have chickens but I do have MUSCOVIES

Hey. My name is Sara. Just an FYI - the username sirius is a nod to the Sirius star in case anyone was wondering why it’s spelled that way.
I joined because I had a brooding Muscovy hen make a nest and successfully hatch all her ducklings 3 days ago! I have researched the breed and fell in love with them. They are local to our area as well; we have 4 ponds in the immediate area that they came from. So I would love to keep a couple of the ducklings once they get bigger. So I just have general Muscovy questions for a beginner.
