Newbie here!

I read it stands for Institut de Sélection Animale which is the French company that developed this type of hybrid chick for egg production. The ISA brown is a mix of a Rhode Island Red and a Rhode Island White.

I agree the rsl's are super sweet. I'm pretty sure the white one's area big enough to be Cornish rocks. I'm hoping if they do turn out to be leghorns that they are nothing like my current Leghorn. She is mean as can be and is heading for a new home or freezer camp as
Soon as everyone else starts laying.


Oh no!! That's no good.. Either way is not too reassuring.. I can deal with mean but not Cornish if they suffer from the things I've read they do.
