Hello, I'm Cluckalatte and new to the group. We are in the planning and preparation stage; well, I am. My husband raised chickens over 30 years ago (first wife), but hasn't had chickens in over 25 years. We have friends who are just getting started as well, so we are going to have a coop building weekend.

I found your site by after I searched Amazon.com for books on raising chickens at home; what a find!

I'm eager to learn and thankful for the wealth of info I've already read.
