Newly acquired chicks...loose runny poo...

I picked up 2 six week old pullets last night at a chicken seminar/workshop...one has loose runny orangy poop...should I treat for Cocci or could it just be from stress?
I put electrolytes in water this morning

It could certainly be from stress, but it would be wise to go ahead and treat for coccidia anyway.
