I have chicks hatching in my incubator, one has a bloody sack about the size of a almond that it's dragging around on it's bottom. It was not assisted in anyway during hatch. It doesn't look like yolk sac, it looks red and blood filled. It's been about two hours since hatch. It's not getting bigger, but it's trailing blood around the incubator. There are seven other chicks in there now (with a few more to hatch) and the others seem to be leaving it alone right now.

Is this little one a goner? Should I cull it now or give it a chance?

Today the sac is dried up, I cleaned him/her off a bit, and it's vent is clear. It appears that it didn't fully absorb the yolk. It's pretty wobbly, and it doesn't seem to like to lay down...it stands most of the time and even seems to even try to sleep standing. It is eating and drinking today, and pooped too. Something just seems off though...nothing I can do from here, just hoping the little guy makes it!
