It has dried up quite a bit...still seems weird though...I am starting to wonder if it’s almost like a hernia out the umbilical cord area????? A lot of it dried and I cut it off but at the sight it seems kinda intestine-like...if so I feel like I should put her down! But I would hate to do that if it isn’t the case...let me get another picture...

She is not acting like she is in pain but really she is a newly hatched chick how different could she act? But she is walking around in her little brooder when she can

It looks better than it did, but I'm not sure about whether the intestines ruptured and that's the loopy bit we're looking at. I think the lower right hand bulge is the vent, and it does still look like there's something going on.

If she doesn't seem to be in pain, there's no harm keeping her separate for a while longer and seeing how she does. Maybe it's residual swelling/umbilical and she'll be okay. No matter what, you've done a great job acting quickly to give her the best chance.
