NGa/WNC/E. TN Chicken Stock Thank you Everyone!!

Hello,

I am new to chickens as well and looking to start a tiny flock of 3 or 4 hens. I live in TN right by the NC border. Would it be possible for anyone who will have chicks of good egg-laying breeds to send me a private message? I am especially interested in Easter Eggers and Silver Laced Wyandottes but will consider any reliable layers.

I'd love to come out for this if there will be chickens of interest present.

Thanks!

Jenny

I will have Easter Eggers chick and some others at the Chicken Stock in NC. It is a fun day for all. Come and you will enjoy yourself and go home with some fantastic chicks and other stuff!!

Anyone planning to come who is bring hatching eggs? Would like silkies, olive eggers or ee's, or salmon faverolles, or marans. Or very young chicks of these varieties. Don't have anything to bring yet, I don't think. We are rebuilding. And I love hatching my own. Can't wait to meet everyone.

I will collect hatching eggs from my Barred Rocks, blue/black/splash Orpingtons (and Meg) and some Barred EEs (BR x BBS Ameraucana). Can also bring some that are my Delaware rooster (in my avatar) over Buff Orps, Lt and Buff Brahmas, and black Orpington.

**Will mainly be Barred Plymouth Rocks and Barred EEs since I have only two blue Orp hens and one of them is in and out with fertility for some reason.

I will have olive eggers, easter eggers and ameraucana hatching eggs. My d'uccles have started laying and I may have one or two dozen of them.
We have eggs in the incubators but don't know what will hatch. will have some bantams that are about 4 months old.

Cuckoo Maran/Red Ameraucana and welsummer/birchen ameraucana

The eggs go from deep olive to a lighter olive drab. Pictures don't come out very well.
