Well cool then, maybe it will only take me about an hour. I have a nail in a back tire so I need to get that fixed, but I should be there!

That's about an hour and a half drive for me, if they ever get the river road open again (Hwy. 64) after the rockslide that has had it closed forever I will be there. Anyway if it is opened back up by then I can bring a variety of chicks.

Hey I HOPE they get 64 opened up soon. If they don't then we will be going to Chatsworth GA and going up the back way!! Adding about 45 min to the trip.

Tenn has almost been cutoff form Nc. The rockslide on the Occoee, then the one on I40 and there was even a small one on 441. The Parkway has been closed all winter. Sometimes you just cant get there from here. Of course for the money spent on the Rafting course, they could have fixed the river road down the Occoee, Instead, they took part of what little 4lane hiway there was and gave it to the river rats for a parking area.

I haven't gone over to Michael's in Cleveland because it takes to long to go all the way around. I miss my shopping trips to Dalton and Cleveland, wish they would fix the road already.

Well, I'll be bringing lots of Marans cockerels. seems like most of the ones I just hatched are boys.

I have several baby roos that need new homes, would it be appropriate to bring them? I am new to chickens and have never gone to something like this.
