I know that niacin is beneficial in early years of life to prevent leg problems, but is there any other benefits when there little/ and or adults? I have seen the manno pro products for gamebirds and chickens that have different levels of niacin in them but What amount is considered beneficial? and what is considered pointless?

they need this mainly when growing up with wobbly or bowed legs. Otherwise I dont see where it benefits grown ducks. I dont know what % is beneficial but Im hoping the feed producers do

What I know is what I've read from Storey's Guide. Neurological problems can also result from niacin deficiency.

Recommended levels are
0 to 2 weeks of age, 35 mg available niacin per pound of feed
3 -10, 30 mg
to prevent deficiency.

If a deficiency exists, 100 to 150 mg niacin per gallon of water until they are 8 to 10 weeks old
