I have an adult duck (3-4 years old) whose legs are trembling a bit when she walks. I just noticed yesterday and made a note to keep an eye on her, and realized today that I haven’t seen her sit or lie down since then. She’s either walking around or just stands still to rest. Otherwise she seems to be acting normal…active, eating, drinking, foraging. We feed flock raiser to our whole flock of ducks and chickens (it’s supposed to contain an adequate amount of niacin for ducks), and the layers have constant access to oyster shell. What could be causing her symptoms??

Is she a layer? when did she lay last? also even feeding a feed with niacin we can still have a duck even an adult come down with a niacin dificiency. It wouldn't hurt to give her some liquid B complex over a small amount of a tasty treat for 2-3 days to see if it helps. TSC carries Durvet liquid B complex it will say injectable but we use it orally. 1ml daily. If it's a niacin def they usually turn around from it pretty quick if it has just showed up.
