Nicobar pigeons

I'm very interested in nicobar pigeons, did anybody of you have some experience with them, or do anybody have and rise them.

How much do they cost, are they hard to rise, can they be easly found to buy?

Write anything you know about them.

I know very little. What I do know is this:

They are hard to find and expensive. They need large aviaries. Not the normal coop. Not trying to discourage you, but they are diffucult. Good luck!

Birds in USA are about 7-8 times more expencive then in my country, for example pair of fantail pigeon in USA is about 150$, while the same pair here is about 25$.

So, nicobar pigeons there are about 1200$ pair and here they would be about 300$. That is not fact, that are just my thoughts, maybe they are much more expencive (just for nicobar pigeons, for fantail is accurate or other species).
