Yes! It's very easy to do and you can do it all by yourself.

You just go the your messages and scroll down all the way to the bottom. On the left hand side of the screen (at the bottom) you will see a delete multiple messages option. Click on that and then check all of the boxes beside the messages that you want to delete and click, delete! Easy as pie!
