Nigerian Dwarf Goats... you gotta see the pics on this link

The udders on that website are fabulous! Good luck getting goats from them! The couches crack me up...

I am hoping to get back into Nigerians one day. I had original herd stock from Mr. Wood who was instrumental in the breed's development. I am just now starting to look for animals that carry "Patchwork" in their bloodlines as that was our herd name. They are such lovely little animals

Well hi there Wendy :) that is cute! Olivia was her name already, someone else told me they have a friend with a child name that!
Jolie Lune is Jolies name, but I just say Jolie, that is a mouth full to me :)

Your goat picture reminds me of a small cow. Sorry you lost your little goat! :aww

I have a Nigerian dwarf! I know, you're supposed to have more than one, but baby is an exception to that rule. She didn't like the other goats, she only likes her chickens and people. She was raised with kids and dogs, and when it was time to put her with the rest of the goats, she was mean, and unhappy

I get about a quart-give or take- a day. I like the goat's milk now better than the milk we used to buy at the store. (I havn't bought milk or eggs since July). She's so sweet, except she hates my MIL's perfume. She tries to head butt her everytime she comes around.

She's all white, with maybe a little very light brown scattered through her, and she has bright blue eyes. I like her size...she's easy to handle...I have dogs bigger than her.

I likethe milk so much, I want to breed her. even if I have to build a seperate house and pen to keep the babies. I want to breed for girls, so any males I get, will most likley be sold.

I've also been reading about goats on Fias co farms.com (sp?)

Hi i got your pm too. Thanks, I read the pm before checking my thread! lol! Great site don't remember how but I found it the other day. Thanks again.

God Bless

Wendy
