Nipple Watering System Questions

Hey y'all! I'm tired of shlepping water out to the coop and want to build a nipple watering system for my flock of 40.

How many birds per nipple should I allow?

I want to use pvc so I need the threaded type, right?

What is the best source for nipples?

I want to plumb it in so I just have to turn the water on. For those of you that have done this what advice do you have? I read something about a pressure reducer. Enlighten me please!

There's a member Neil... that has water nipples for sale cheaper than Farmtek online, as Farmtek's shipping is outrageous. I can't remember Neil's entire member name but I'm sure you can find it. Be sure your holes drilled into the PVC are directly square to the pipe and clean...obviously the proper size which I'm sure Neil can enlighten you on! He will also know the amount of water pressure that you need to regulate to for his particular equipment.
