NN with pale comb

I have 2 19 week old NN turkens. The black one is slightly smaller and her comb and wattles are smaller and paler than the yellow NN. They're both eating the same things and neither have started laying yet. Should I be concerned about this?

Birds are individuals and mature at different rates. If both are eating/drinking/active then personally I would not be concerned.
