No Backyard farm

Wow, you really seem to have a really nice setup. wish i could take a tour. how many acres do you have/where?

Nice Thanksgiving hope everyone else had a good time. Might have to go on a Coyote hunt with some neighbors soon as we have a growing threat. A few locals have lost some Chickens and one foal was lost a few miles away. We lost a couple hens from our free range flocks and our Sheep have been harrassed but luckily we have good Llama protectors. Once my LGD's get old enough, they will protect the Sheep flock and the Llama's will go and protect my Dairy goats and wethers.

Yep, i enjoy reading your updates. taking care of a few yotes would be a good thing, you can purchase a rabbit in distress cassette or cd just about anywere online probably and that will lure them right to you. play it in your truck or something really loud. my buddy has one, and its very effective! good luck, post come pics of the kill

Fortunately some of our area Coyotes are so use to people they don't run away until threatened. My friend P and I got two each already and since then the problems in my area have slowed down. One of the Yote's was a female so were hoping she was the Alpha/Queen, but the real score was the killing of the Alpha male, which in this pack was a part Malamute Coydog and a beast.
