No. Calif. Chickenstock June 5, Kelseyville! memories and pics, p. 42+

Oh and just in case anybody needs to get in contact with me (Internet is patchy there) My cell number is (707)775-5880.

Can't wait to meet you all!

~Kelsey and Bill~

Looks like there will be four of us. I hope the pool is working as my daughter is looking forward to a swim:) We'll be leaving about 7 in the morning. We're bringing an oriental salad but there's imitation crab in it, not chicken,

I hope those of you that are camping have a good time! I'll be there tomorrow at about noon, maybe with my mom in tow and maybe not (she can't seem to decide). I'm looking forward to meeting all of you! This is going to be lots of fun.

turtlepb88, please come! It's a small gathering, but not because we wanted it that way. We hoped for a big BYC crowd!

kelseygirl is right, Sunny has probably already left, so can't answer your question. I would just come on down, and we'll figure out where to put you. There might be a site available, but if not, we can rearrange the parking and fit you in. Google Clear Lake State Park, and come on down!

SilverPhoenix, see you soon! I'll be bringing my 3 Ameraucana youngsters.

Hugh, thanks for the good wishes, and we'll miss you! Next time, my friend!

eta - John, that's a funny ingredient for oriental chicken salad.

see you soon!

Steff, I just tried to call your phone but it was busy.

So I sent you an email.

Bad news: we aren't going to be able to make it, but I'd like to send some BYC stuff (bumper stickers, etc.) out if you want me to drop them off.

Just let me know!

We had kind of a tough week with my mother being sick, but I think we're going to make it. Looking forward to meeting y'all. Most likely it will be me and my 9 year old daughter. We'll bring our SuperSoakers

and some sort of snack or side dish.

Too bad you and your family can't make it Nifty!

I'm glad you and your daughter can make it, though, poltroon! Super soakers sure sound fun! Looking forward to meeting you tomorrow.

Thanks everyone! My daughter and I had a very good time. Nothing makes a 9 year old grin like getting to go swimming in her clothes!

Or throw a water balloon at her mom!

The weather was perfect and it was a beautiful day to be out and about. The food was excellent and I quite enjoyed getting to see the chickens everyone brought!

It was a great time, everyone! A beautiful facility, lots of delicious food, and, of course, wonderful people! It was awesome meeting all of you and talking chickens! Enjoyable seeing everyone's chickens, too. Thank you to everyone who helped put it on, it was a lot of fun! I hope we can do something similar again in the near future. My mom really enjoyed it, too, despite not being a passionate chicken fan like myself.

I ended up bringing home four little serama chicks and seven corturnix quail, who are happily settled in to their new brooder. Also, my mom and I stopped at TSC on the way home, and one of my Old English Game Bantams got a home because a twelve-year-old girl spotted the carrier in the car and asked what was in it. She might show the pullet she bought from me in 4H, and I recommended that she join our forum! Put the icing on the cake of an already great day.

Thanks for the good memories everyone!
