egg eaters don't last in my flock either but there are a few thing you can try 1 collect eggs frequently and add golf balls in there place some time egg eating starts with the natural curiosity of young hens and can be stopped when they relize the balls don't break and provide a tasty treat. 2 look at the nutrition of your flock often egg eating will occur when there is a dietary deficiency of the animal calcium being first on the list and protine being second. 3 this is the only other option you have to eliminate the problem is to cull the bird from the flock to the stew pot or send to freezer camp for some this is a harsh step and many people tend to not want to eat their birds and just put a add on craigs list or a sign in the local feed store and offer them for free or nearly free thinking that this will give them a new home without them having to do the deed you know out of sight out of mind kind of thing but I can assure you this is not the best option as you are simply passing your problem bird of to another and I can tell you no one wants to tend and feed a bird that is a problem as you your self have rid your flock of the issue but passed it off to another ,,, just my few cents good luck
