No eggs yet!

Don't know if this is the same experience for others, but the 2 girls who are laying had a dramatic change in their comb size and redness right when they started laying. I hadn't thought their combs could get any bigger since they hadn't changed in months but then suddenly BAM, even bigger combs! Guess you wouldn't have that happen with an Easter Egger though.
 
Our BA finally laid her first egg a few days ago! It is really funny because it was big long egg! She was "cooking" that one for a while.

I just started laughing when I saw it in the nest box because she is such a character, of COURSE she would lay a funky huge egg.

Now we have an abundance of eggs! You can see her really large 1st egg in the back right corner.
