Solved No Rich Text Editor When Editing or Creating Articles on Mobile

When on my iPad or phone I cannot seem to find a way to edit or create articles in rich text mode. Here is a screenshot of editing from my phone:

this is what it looks like trying to create an article on my ipad:


I checked at BYH and it's working fine there.

I just checked on my phone. I'm not seeing it either.

Interestingly, the rich text editor is missing from the article body part, but not the snippet section:

We are running on an old version of the AMS add-on. The version installed here is 1.5.2, and the latest version is 1.6.7.

Does BYH use the same add on?

No. BYH uses the XF Resource Manager.
