No turning for 3 days, are they doomed?

I'm on day 3 and I just realized that my auto turner stopped working. Will this mess up the hatch? I've got them turning now, and just candled things, there is definite development in most of the batch. The incubator is a Hovabator 1588.

Your hatch isn't necessarily doomed. If you have it working properly now I would just let the incubation go on and see how things turnout. You said you were only three days into the incubation period so nothing has formed in the eggs that is likely to crowd itself aginst the inside of the egg and stick. I think you will be OK.
