Non-layer chicken feed?

As i mentioned in another post. I have invalid chicken. She has layed two eggs in her 2 years of life, not because she is not a layer hen but because I don't want her laying. These two eggs came after we started a mealworms diet, and they almost caused her death, my mom had to literally pull the eggs out herself because one hardened inside.

For this reason, I was wondering if there was a feed that wouldn't motivate her to lay eggs, her current feed relays on corn crumbles, and some fruits/vegetable from time to time.

There’s no feed to stop egg laying. Layer feed doesn’t ‘encourage’ laying, it provides the necessary nutrients and calcium it takes to lay eggs.

You can feed her non medicated chick crumb but it’d still be best to provide free choice oyster shell for calcium, as egg laying is natural and she may need some if she lays another egg, depriving her of calcium would result in more issues.
