Normal stool?

I got some pullet buff orpingtons that are about a month old. One of them is a bit Sneezy and her stool is the yellow looking one. The stool next to it is to a non sneezy chick.

Is this chick sick should I give it medicated feed?

Medicated feed is only to prevent coccidiosis..Sometimes Chicks have strange looking poops. Possibly just too warm.
