Hey @UGLYFOOT
In your big 'bator do you know if your eggs CAM reaches the bottom of the egg? You can tell by candling from the bottom of the egg (after day 14 or so) to see if it's dark to the bottom or if there is a glow in there.

I think my auto turner is broken and not turning the eggs to the full 45° they need for full development. The first time it happened I thought it was just because the eggs were large or shipped, but this time it's happening even to the little bantam eggs, and the eggs from my own chickens, so I know it's not from shipping.
Every time I have incubated in my auto turner I had issues with cams. This time was in the cabinet bator not one n 30 eggs.

No issues in the 30 eggs? I think I will remove the motor and see if I can get a better angle manually. I might ask @Uglyfoot to incubate some eggs though.

Hi Ladies, i hatched some chicks in the past 3-4 days. these 2 are LH mix. can you tell me why one chick is feathering out much quicker on her wings than the the other one? they are 22 hours apart in age. the one with the longer wing feathers is oldest.
