Hello! Seward is such a gorgeous area! Mine too . They always hide out in the coop when it's snowing even though they have a covered run.

Yeah it’s pretty cool. Very windy though! What chicken breeds do you have? I have Wyandotte/Australorp mixes, barred rock mixes, and some Easter egger

Oh really?! I primarily raise Brahmas and Australorps, but I have a few mixes sprinkled in. How do you like yours? That's a unique mix

My black Wyanlorp hens are doing really well. They are very hardy and have rose combs. I only have two three year olds but they laid almost every day until this year They are mean to me though (I named them velociraptor and vengeance)
