What would be the best course of treatment? I can't afford to buy elector psp, what I have on hand is Permectrin II, A poultry dust, and Ivermectin. He's been dosed with Ivermectin. And I missed one cycle and went a few days over the 7 day cycle. Last Wed I sprayed him with Permectrin. Treated with Ivermectin. Waited a few days and then dusted him. What do I do, I'm still seeing a few mites here and there. He's been in quarantine for almost a month.

I'll also be using a shop vac to clean out the shed and kennel he's been staying in and clean out all of the pine shavings.

2 ounces or 60 ml per 3 gallons of water (Permectrin II) is what a link I just read is for poultry mites. That is equal to 20 ml per gallon. Spray each bird with 15 ml (1/2 ounce.) Label is below. In cold weather using permethrin dust is preferred, and a sock filled with powder is a good method.

I have a 24 oz spray bottle that I use to mix and spray my birds with. What would be the concentration mix for that?
