not eating twisted jaw

One of my silkies (age 5) has been doing a lot of sleeping the past few days. I picked her up today and she's all bones and I noticed her jaw feels swollen and her lower beak is twisted.

She's starving and runs for any food, but isn't successful at eating. Help!

Just like the previous post I would give her soft foods right away and frequently until someone can answer about the crooked beak.
