Not Getting Private Email Notifications

I checked my notifications...it is set to "site only". I don't know how it got changed. However, when I try to correct it to "immediate" notification, it automatically goes back to "site" only.
 
I'm so glad I found this thread....

I was doing everything I could to get the notification problem fixed on my end and was taking it personally.

We've definitely escalated the issue with our tech team and hope to have a fix soon!

Same with me. I tried several times to change my notifications

I haven't received ANYTHING since april 29th
 
I'm going to attempt to use an different email address to see if that helps any, then I will switch back to my gmail to do some troubleshooting myself? Perhap it has something to do with the server of the email addresses. I have no clue but couldn't hurt to try something instead of sitting here waiting. LOL
