The hens are my therapy. No matter what I feel better when I am with them. Thinking of making a place to store a chair so I can sit out there with them, in the run. For now I am just bribing them with treats and it is working.

Well, this probably doesn't help but, We aren't friends anymore. We aren't even friends with each others friends.

Well, she was, a little, um, you wouldn't understand . . . .


When I stress (and I do, my dad and i have yelling fights all the time) I get out of the house and find an animal. (its proven that animals reduce stress) Sometimes I'll grab a chicken, I might go sit with my goat, or i'll hang with my horse. When i stroke the animal I can feel the stress and anger just flowing out of me. It really works.
