When I stress (and I do, my dad and i have yelling fights all the time) I get out of the house and find an animal. (its proven that animals reduce stress) Sometimes I'll grab a chicken, I might go sit with my goat, or i'll hang with my horse. When i stroke the animal I can feel the stress and anger just flowing out of me. It really works.
