Not laying

I had to remove a 3 year old hen. Since then, none of the others have layed any eggs. Is their any correlation here?

Yes. Removing a member is stressful. The smaller the flock the more disruptive it is. It disrupts the pecking order, and often a missing member makes the others fear they are next. Hens will only lay when they feel safe. They will resume when they adjust to the new situation.
