Not pure silkie?

I am a new silkie mama and have bought some various chicks. My one chick has pink skin so from what I have read it is not a pure bred. Breeder says it is.. what's up with the pink skin then? Any insight for me would be appreciated please and Thank you

Looks like a frizzled show girl. Certainly not a purebred silkie.
